Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective July 10, 2026 · Operated by HUSH

This policy explains how our free trial, subscription billing, cancellations, and refunds work. It is a good-faith placeholder — please review with counsel before treating it as binding.

Free trial

New Founding Teacher accounts include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside your dashboard, or by emailing us. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

Refunds

Because plans are billed in advance, we generally do not refund partial months or unused portions of an annual plan. We may issue a discretionary refund within 14 days of a charge if the service was materially unavailable or you were billed after cancelling. Contact us and we will review.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically for a short period. If retries fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled. You can update your card in the customer portal at any time.

Account deletion

If you delete your account while a subscription is active, we will cancel the subscription first so you are not billed again. Existing charges are not automatically refunded.

Contact

For any billing question, email us and we will respond within a few business days.
